Refund Policy


Please review your order prior to submitting. THE PRINT OUTLET will not accept changes to orders that have been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.

THE PRINT OUTLET is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damage Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Die Lines, Crop Marks, Transparency, Overprint, Finished Product Size. We DO NOT make any changes on customer files.


All print orders must be self-collected from selected PRINT OUTLET. Please be advised that all print orders must be collected within 3 days, and if failed to do so, the print materials may be discarded.


On our website, user can cancel the printing job immediately. But we cannot cancel or edit your orders once they are in production. Once your order is submitted, we will not be able to change or adjust the order. ACUTEPRINT will make every effort to contact customers via email regarding potential issues with an order. Once successful cancelled the job, we will do refund according the order.


Any cancellation or compensation given to the customer will be refunded in a timely manner. Please allow up to 10 business days for the monies to be credited to your account. If you receive your item and it does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 5 days of successful collected and we can look into your order. Customer must notify THE PRINT OUTLET within 3 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product or the claim will be denied. In order to receive replacement Customer must return 100% of the received product within 5 days (at their own expense) from the time when the ordered product was taken.

Due to the unique and custom nature of our products and services, ACUTEPRINT does not offer exchanges or returns.
