Please carefully review your order details before submitting. Once submitted, orders cannot be modified due to the printing process. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. To ensure accuracy, we kindly request that you thoroughly review the final proof and layout before submitting the orders for printing.

The print outlet is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:

• Misspelling
• Graphics
• Bleeds
• Grammar
• Damaged fonts
• Punctuation
• Wrong cuts
• Incorrect or missing folds
• Die lines
• Crop marks
• Transparency
• Overprint
• Finished product size

Your files are final and we do not make any changes on the content of your files.

DELIVERY METHODS/TIMING

All printed materials from your orders must be self-collected from your selected print outlet within 3 days. Failing to do so may result in the printed materials being discarded by the print outlet without refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

While our website allows you to cancel your orders promptly, please note that once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled. Once your orders are submitted, we will not be able to change or adjust the orders. We will diligently communicate with you via email regarding any potential concerns related to your orders.

Once an order is successfully canceled, a credit refund equivalent to the order value will be issued. Please allow a processing time of up to 10 business days for the credit to be credited to your account. Due to the unique and custom nature of our products and services, cash refunds are not available.

RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES

Due to the unique and custom nature of our products and services, we do not offer exchanges or returns. In the event that any defects are identified in your printed materials, you must notify the print outlet within 3 business days of order acceptance, or the claim will be denied. To receive a replacement, you must return all of the printed materials to the print outlet within 5 days (at your own expense) from the date of delivery.
